Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.
How to start a return
Please email support@cuanov.com before sending anything. Include your order number, the item name, and the reason for your request. If your item is eligible, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send products to our registered company address. It is not a returning address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds and return shipping
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
